have been poz for 20 yrs. vary rarely been sick, none hiv related. i personally feel more comfortable with other poz guys because they know what it’s like and it lessens the pressure. have had too many guys get up and walk away as soon as i tell them, so i tell them upfront so they don’t waste my/his time. plus you can discuss your health concerns without making others feel uncomfortable, i have found most guys still don’t even want to talk about it whether they are poz or neg. but i just be myself and if they can’t accept it thats their hang-up.
